We recently had an absolutely magical five-night stay here, largely because of two things: the service and the setting. Every staff person you will meet is so kind, gracious, friendly, eager to help and, importantly, very good at their jobs! We had a fantastic concierge (Jack) that seemed to anticipate our every need and assisted us like we were his only guests! The breakfast staff was also memorably excellent, but whether at Zest or Azure for dinner or getting a kayak at the beach, everyone we interacted was really superb! Next the views - in a word, breathtaking. You will look, turn away, and seconds later, again marvel at the beauty! Of course, it helps you will have your own cliffside villa with decently sized pool (not a bathtub "plunge" pool). Have sunset drinks at the bar across from Zest. The gym is really good, if that's your thing. And, as good as the massage treatments are, the dry sauna and showers in the spa are an experience unto themselves.

My partner and I spent 5 nights here over Christmas and highly recommend it. The facilities and staff were fantastic. We spent most of our free time on the resort at the main pool next to the Azure restaurant. Tu looked after us each day, and he is the most pleasant and attentive server we have ever had on a resort. Definitely seek him out! The views are unbeatable, and the breakfast each morning was lovely.

This resort is something else. After a very long ride arranged with the hotel, up a few steep switchbacks, you arrive to the reception with a view like no other. From being picked up at the airport, to reception and every meal. The staff here go above and beyond. As someone who generally doesn't like someone making a fuss over my stays, the staff here were perfect. They were happy to help, looked after the small details, made our trip. The rooms were well cared for, the pool in the villa pristine. Very private.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad. The service at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. Every request, no matter how small, was met with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its breathtaking view. I was treated to an awe-inspiring panorama that took my breath away every single time. The hotel's clever architecture seemed to maximize the natural beauty of the surroundings, allowing guests to enjoy the view from multiple vantage points, including the restaurants, private and public infinity pool. The accommodations themselves were luxurious and thoughtfully designed. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff, the food, the service and the hotel in general was just stunning! If I could give a 100 out of 10 I would. Just an incredible place to stay for our honeymoon! Also Jahn, the restaurant, probably one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to!

Bed bugs, cockroach poop and black mould hazard! Lift your mattress up upon arrival… Luckily, management handled the situation with grace, acknowledged problem and quickly offered a solution. But anyway…beware! Also, property isn’t walkable. Nice view thought.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Koh Samui! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. Overall, a fantastic experience – I highly recommend it!
